Rollodex

Contacts, campaigns and meetings in one system

Every contact, every conversation, one Rollodex.

Rollodex turns a contact list into booked meetings. Segment your audience, send tracked campaigns and drip sequences, and let every reply, bounce and booking land back on the right record — automatically.

Your records stay in your own Supabase project. Your email goes out over your own AWS SES domain.

One place for the whole relationship

Not a folder of spreadsheets and a separate sending tool. The list, the outreach and the follow-up all live on the same record.

  • Contacts that stay findable

Full-text search across names, companies and notes, plus tags, custom fields and CSV import for the list you already have.

  • Segments that keep themselves current

Build static groups by hand or dynamic segments from filter rules — membership updates as your contacts change.

  • Campaigns with real numbers

Send through Amazon SES with merge-tag templates, then track opens, clicks, bounces, complaints and unsubscribes per recipient.

  • Drip sequences on a schedule

Enrol a segment in a multi-step sequence and let each step go out on its own delay, with test sends before anything ships.

  • Replies come back to the record

Inbound mail is parsed and threaded onto the contact it came from, including anyone CC’d into the conversation.

  • Meetings without the back-and-forth

Google Calendar invites with Meet links, Cal.com bookings that create the contact for you, and reminder emails that go out on time.

How it works

Three steps, and the system handles the paperwork between them.

  1. Capture

Import a CSV, add contacts by hand, or let Facebook Lead Ads and Cal.com bookings create records the moment someone raises a hand. New leads can get a welcome email straight away.

  2. Nurture

Group the list into segments, then send a one-off campaign or enrol the segment in a drip sequence. Templates carry merge tags, so every send still reads as though you wrote it.

  3. Close

Replies thread back onto the contact, opens and clicks roll up into campaign analytics, and meetings land on your Google Calendar with a Meet link and a reminder already scheduled.

Plugged into the tools you already run

Rollodex sits on infrastructure you own, so your list and your sending reputation stay yours.

  • Amazon SES

Campaign and drip sending on your own verified domain, with bounce, complaint and delivery events fed straight back into analytics.

  • Supabase

Postgres for every contact, message and meeting — in a project you control, with row-level security on by default.

  • Google Calendar & Meet

Connect once, then create, edit and cancel meetings with a Meet link generated automatically.

  • Cal.com

A booking on your Cal.com link creates the contact, logs the meeting, and queues the reminder email.

  • Facebook Lead Ads

Lead form submissions arrive over webhook as contacts, tagged and optionally welcomed on arrival.

  • CSV import

Map columns to fields, preview the parse, and bring an existing list over without retyping it.

  • Row-level security

Access is enforced in Postgres itself, not just in the UI.

  • Roles that mean something

Admin and staff roles, with new accounts gated until an admin approves them.

  • Unsubscribes honoured

One-click unsubscribe headers plus a suppression check on every send.

Questions, answered

How do I get an account?

Rollodex is invite-only. An admin creates your account, you sign in with email and password, and your access is scoped to the role you were given.

Where does my data live?

In your own Supabase Postgres project. Contacts, campaigns, replies and meetings are stored there under row-level security policies — nothing is copied to a third-party list host.

Which email provider does it send through?

Amazon SES, using your verified sending domain and credentials. Because the reputation is yours, deliverability follows your domain rather than a shared pool.

What happens when someone replies?

Inbound mail is received by SES, parsed, and attached to the contact it came from. Anyone CC’d on the thread is captured too, so the whole conversation stays on the record.

Can I bring my existing list?

Yes. Import a CSV, map your columns to Rollodex fields, and review the preview before anything is written. Tags and custom fields come across with it.

How are unsubscribes handled?

Every send carries a one-click unsubscribe link and header. Opt-outs are recorded centrally and checked before a contact is included in any future campaign or drip step.

Stop losing the thread

Bring your contacts, campaigns and calendar together, and let the follow-up take care of itself.
